John Swidzinski | VP Foundation Partnerships

John Swidzinski has been with CMPR since 2009, where he serves as the Manager of Publicity. Since joining the company four years ago, John continues to take on more accounts, handling aspects such as individual PR, event management and coordination, and overseeing CMPR’s internship program.

His current portfolio of projects include Super Bowl events, the Rose Bowl Golf Classic, Pete Carroll’s WinForever, Tony La Russa’s Leaders & Legends, NFL 101, Lakers All Access, NBA All-Star Weekend, Harold Pump Foundation, and many others. 

John graduated from University of California, Davis in 2009, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and minor in Education. John played collegiate baseball while attending Diablo Valley College, as well as a short stint upon transferring to UC Davis. After graduation, John’s passion for sports lead him to an internship at CMPR in the summer of 2009. After excelling in the CMPR internship program, he became a full time employee of CMPR in September 2009.

Originally from the Bay Area, John is an avid Golden State Warriors, Cal Berkeley, and Oakland Raiders fan, as well as a diehard fan of the Boston Red Sox.

He currently resides in El Segundo, CA.
