PETE CARROLL AND WIN FOREVER ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP WITH NIKE & AEG TO BRING ELITE COACHING WORKSHOPS TO FOUR LOCATIONS ACROSS THE NATION

NIKE WIN FOREVER INTERACTIVE COACHING WORKSHOPS LED BY SEATTLE SEAHAWKS HEAD COACH PETE CARROLL AND WIN FOREVER CO-FOUNDER YOGI ROTH – LOCATIONS INCLUDE LOS ANGELES, FORT WORTH, PALO ALTO, AND SEATTLE

May 2nd, 2011 – Los Angeles, CA -Win Forever, the new generation of coaches for the next generation of athletes, has announced a strategic partnership with Nike, Inc. to bring elite football coaching workshops to four locations around the US during 2011. Win Forever has also partnered with AEG for the second straight year to further the organization’s mission to impact coaches who inspire student-athletes on a daily basis. The interactive workshops are led by current head coach and EVP of the Seattle Seahawks Pete Carroll and Win Forever co-founder Yogi Roth.  The season’s first two Nike Win Forever Workshop were held on April 1st in Los Angeles, CA with a packed room of over 200 Los Angeles-based high school and college coaches which took place this past weekend at The GRAMMY Museum’s Clive Davis Theater at L.A. LIVE.; and on the campus of TCU in Fort Worth, TX on Friday April 8th with TCU head coach Gary Patterson. Other Workshops are slated to take place in Palo Alto, CA on May 15th and Seattle, WA on June 17th.
 
Each Nike Win Forever Workshop is a four-hour interactive coaching experience focusing on developing each coach’s unique leadership style and philosophy on and off the field.  The events are free to all participants.  Led by Pete Carroll, theNike Win Forever staff lectures and demonstrates to coaches how to maximize their players’ potential thru “4 Quarters of the evening’s program” which include: Self Discovery, Learn your Learner, Practice is Everything and Performance in the Absence of Fear.

Win Forever Workshops, which will occur during the same weekends on college campuses across the country as the “traditional” Nike Football Training Camps, SPARQ combines and the Elite 11 quarterback camps, will typically host 85 local high school football coaches and 30 community leaders to introduce fresh concepts and methods that will impact coaching staffs and student athletes around the nation.
